Bringing Healthcare Closer to Communities
From a health post to a stronger health facility, bringing essential healthcare closer to the people.
The RTL Germany media team recently visited one of Union Aid’s supported health facilities in Qulab Village, Shakardara District, Kabul Province, to document the delivery of essential health services and the positive impact of improved access to healthcare for local communities.
During the visit, the RTL team spoke directly with staff of the health facility and patients, capturing firsthand experiences of healthcare delivery and the vital role community-based health services play in reaching people in need.
The visit was attended by Amjad Ahmad Safi, Executive Director of Union Aid, and Mr. Abdul Jabbar Yosufi, Country Director of AFV (Afghanischer Frauenverein e.V.).
