25.10.2023

Union Aid Organization Health Department conducted the monthly HFs’ In-charge coordination meeting on 25 Oct 2023 in the UAO meeting hall.
The mentioned Health facilities' in-charge monthly coordination meetings are essential for ensuring effective communication and collaboration among healthcare administrators. These meetings allow in-charges from different health facilities to come together and discuss various matters pertaining to the smooth functioning of their respective facilities.
During these meetings, in-charges share updates on the overall performance of their health facilities, including patient care, staff management, and infrastructure development. They also discuss any challenges or issues they face and seek guidance. This exchange of information helps in identifying common problems and finding collective solutions.
One of the main purposes of these monthly coordination meetings is to ensure that all health facilities are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. UA reviews and evaluates the progress of HFs toward achieving key performance indicators and quality standards and discusses strategies and action plans to enhance the quality of healthcare services provided to the community.
Additionally, this meeting serves as a platform for sharing best practices and lessons learned. In-charges have the opportunity to showcase successful initiatives or projects implemented in their health facilities. This knowledge-sharing not only promotes learning and innovation but also fosters a sense of collaboration among the HFs.
Moreover, these meetings facilitate coordination between different departments within the UA main office and health facilities. The participants discuss matters related to human resources, finance, procurement, and logistics, ensuring smooth coordination and efficient utilization of resources. They also discuss upcoming trainings, workshops, or on-the-job training that can enhance the skills and knowledge of the healthcare staff.
