Held of Senior Management Team Weekly Meeting
Union Aid Executive Director led the weekly SMT (Senior Management Team) routine meeting. All department heads (Finance, Procurement, Program, Security, Liaison, and IT departments) provided their activity updates during the meeting. Instructions have been given by the Executive Director to overcome the challenges associated with UA operations.
SMT meetings are the routine senior management team meetings where issues and achievements are discussed and the leadership has routinely provided consultations to resolve issues and make the project execution more efficient and effective.
