Objective of Union Aid’s Audit 2023
1. The objective of the audit of UNION AID financial statements is to enable the auditors to express an
independent professional opinion on the financial Statements for the period 1-January-2023 to -31-

2. To ensure that the funds utilized to UNION AID activities have been used for their intended
purposes.
3. The books of accounts of UNION AID provide the basis for preparation of the UNION AID
Financial Statements.
Proper books of accounts as required by law have been maintained by UNION AID and also maintain
adequate internal controls and supporting documentation for the transactions.
4. The total expenditure for audit period will be approximately 242,000,000 AFN

From 08:00 AM to 02:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday. The tender pack can also be downloaded from our
websites www.unionaid.org and www.acbar.org. Tender documents can also be collected by sending an
email request to logistics@unionaid.org
2. Sealed tenders should reach House #02, Street # 1, PD 2 Bagh e Bala Kabul Afghanistan.
Before 01:00 PM hours on 07th March 2024 and should be marked “TENDER - Not to be opened before
“01:30 PM on 7th March 2024”
3. Tenders will be opened on the same day i.e., 7th March 2024 at Time 1:30 PM hrs. in the presence of
representatives, who wish to witness the tender opening.
4. In case a public holiday is announced by the Government (Due to any reason) the tender will be opened the
next working day at the same time and venue.
